Test Process

  Before the test began, the technicians first conducted an appearance and structural inspection of the JZP-6.0SC1 isolator samples, confirming no scratches, no corrosion, secure connections, clear markings, and suitability for formal testing. Subsequently, the samples were securely installed on the test bench, the rated load was applied to simulate actual equipment installation status, and acceleration sensors were attached and the system calibrated. During the formal testing phase, a sinusoidal sweep test was first conducted according to the set frequency range, recording the product's vibration transmissibility, resonance frequency, and displacement response curves in real-time to determine if the basic vibration isolation performance met requirements.
